Once a month you will be required to bring your vehicle in for service and calibration. At that time, you will make your monthly payment and the information that is on your device will be downloaded and sent to your monitoring authority. Your unit will also be calibrated during each visit to make sure it stays within the operating parameters that NHTSA, Alabama state law, and your specific program require.
If you are working or cannot make it in on your scheduled appointment date, we can work with you to reschedule. Our unit allows a 5 day grace period past your scheduled appointment date.
Sometimes it may be more convenient for you to get your calibration appointment done a little earlier than your scheduled service appointment date. You may be able to visit your service center earlier depending on your specific program's rules and regulations. Since each client’s ignition interlock program circumstances vary depending on things like their location, we can provide you the correct information specific to you and your case if you contact us.
Tip: Remember that you can check your next service appointment date and time right from your ignition interlock device. Just press the # sign and 1 on your device’s keypad to display your appointment details.
