Frequently asked question: What do I need for interlock device removal?
Answer: Please retain all forms given to you after applying for your ignition interlock license. For interlock removal, you will need to present a valid driver's license with no interlock restrictions. You may also need to present an official “clearance of suspension” notice or court minutes stating the order to remove the interlock. Once the above has been provided and verified, we simply remove your device.
